Dec. 1 — An Edwardsville man needed by the Luzerne Province Sheriff's Specialty was summoned Wednesday morning after he was captured last month and found with a knapsack containing thought methamphetamine and fentanyl.
Tyler Bradley Vida, 29, was arrested on Oct. 30 of this current year after officials from the Kingston Civil Police Division spotted Vida strolling along Central avenue and recognized him as needed through the NCIC information base, the criminal grumbling recorded against Vida states.

Officials from Kingston spotted Vida and a female strolling west on Central avenue in Kingston at roughly 10:35 a.m. on Oct. 30.
